Both are 802.11b / g router and support for WPA/WPA2 security. The Belkin MIMO is good if you have a MIMO wireless network or a USB adapter for your computer have, in the hope of getting stronger connection with him. D-Link, on the other side, and supports the new Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), so that the safety handle a little easier to support if your PC card / adapter WPS should.
It depends on what type of wireless capabilities of the computer has. If the non-MIMO, not WPS, you can buy any router is cheaper to find an organization or even cheaper non-WPS-MIMO router.
with the Belkin wireless router, not sure of the model. but I had no problem with the use or during installation. Id recommend it.
