I had surgery almost 6 months in a lumbar area.even CD in less than 6 months, especially in the morning, to run hard to get out of bed somedays stiff.i very beginning, perhaps not wise to? and I also started playing drums I again.am too much too soon?

All I can say is "get used" I have cause arthritis in the acute phase and reduce degenerative neurological damage. I had surgery twelve times in the back. I was in pain for the first time I'm on vicodin right now.
I've never discussed who has undergone surgery and was in pain. You can add more skin shots to try steroids, in a pain clinic.
